The CPP Crew (Bret, Dave & Kevin) had Arvin Alston, Head Distiller, from Thistle Finch Distillery in Lancaster, PA in studio. We find out Arvin's history and how he became a distiller and what actually is a Thistle Finch. If you're from Lancaster, PA you've seen the Distlefink, or Thistle Finch, bird on the hex signs surrounding the Amish Country. They used the English translation to keep with the heritage in the area. We learned a lot about them and totally enjoyed our conversation. We encourage you to make a journey to visit them and Arvin will be glad to show you around.

He brought with him two styles of their rye whiskey, which was perfect for Kevin and Dave.
