This week we're joined by Matt Cameron to discuss the corona virus, Stephen Miller, and a bunch of Court cases.  Merel Kahn did a great job breaking down U.S. v Sineneng-Smith over at her blog Top of the Ninth. The question in that case is whether someone who "encourages" an individual to stay in the U.S. illegally can go to jail. For a very long time.
