The news is good, not going to die anytime soon, why do people look at eachother like that,  sitting beside the psych ward brings me to a story, I'm happy that I'm able to bring positive change into my life, into others lives and help heal. Im no Dr, no specialist, just a man who has lived through a lot of various scenarios. By no means should you take my advice, I'm just sharing and if you relate and it helps you, then my day is good. Some consequenc  self inflicted others the universe choose for me. It's been a journey I've been trying to remember and share with you.
