Brazilian kite-surfer and orthopedic doctor Bruno Lobo spotted a woman drowning off the coast of São Luís and sprang into action. Using his kite-surf gear, he pulled her onto his back and safely returned her to shore. The dramatic rescue was filmed and shared online.
