Today, we have another story from the “patient’s” point of view! We welcome Jenn Shelton, a world-class ultramarathoner, to Pain Reframed to discuss her story and experiences with injury and pain. She has a very fascinating story about how she experienced pain, in a way that’s a little different than what you might expect! You may have heard of Jenn through being featured in the book “Born to Run.” She set course records in several of the most demanding American ultramarathons, becoming one of the top female ultrarunners in the United States. Jenn is now an ambassador to outdoor sports and adventuring, helping people to get involved in nature. Save the date!! March 8-10, 2019 in Denver, Colorado, the Align Conference returns! This year’s focus is on movement and pain.
