Today, in Episode 30,  we contemplate the balance of life. Has society surrendered its ability to self-regulate, empowering the technocrats in their ambitions? I propose something I call “holistic homeostasis” and ask what the significance of internal versus external controls is.  We also spend a few minutes on the question of what the actual words of the Declaration of Independence mean and how the current government might respond to a similar document today.
