In this sermon we see that authentic Christianity is comprised of being in covenant fellowship with God and in covenant fellowship with one another in the context of the local church. -We see that we can describe the nature of the church in two words. Gospel and community. We have been saved by Christ and brought into fellowship with God and by the very virtue of that reality we have also been brought into fellowship with others who have likewise been brought into fellowship with God. We have seen that because we are in covenant fellowship with one another we are to love and do good works unto one another and stir one another up to the same as well as stir one another up to draw near to God and hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering.
