Goodbye to Burnout: Cultivating Sustainability in Private Practice

Listen Later

How can therapists establish success and abundance in the field without sacrificing their time, energy, or overall well-being? Host Kelley Stevens tackles this important question with the help of mental health counselor, host of her own podcast, and Anti Work Therapist founder Megan Kelly. Listeners will hear a candid summary of Megan’s own burnout experience, the changes she made, in both mindset and action, to move past the patterns of disillusionment, and applicable strategies for those eager to identify a different way.
