  • When Did I Stop Believing In Myself?

What happens when “progress over perfection” suddenly becomes something you actually have to practice?

In this episode, I’m getting really honest about my Good Life 90 journey—what went well, where I completely fell off the wagon, and the realization that came with it.

Because this ended up being about so much more than nutrition, exercise, or getting back on track.

I started asking myself some uncomfortable questions: Why didn’t I invite more people to join me? When did I stop publicly declaring some of my biggest dreams? And have I been playing small because deep down, I’m afraid I won’t follow through?

That led me to an even bigger conversation about fear of failure, rebuilding trust with myself, my business, my faith, and what God actually says about who I am and how I’m called to live.

I definitely don’t have it all figured out. But I’m realizing that maybe the goal isn’t to show up perfectly.

Maybe it’s simply to show up faithfully.

If you’ve ever fallen off track, stopped talking about a dream you once wanted, or let fear convince you to play a little smaller, this episode is for you.

And I’m sharing what I’m doing next as I jump into my 30-day Drop a Pumpkin Challenge—not to redeem myself, but to recommit, move forward, and keep choosing progress over perfection.

  • Have the Fun But Keep Tomorrow

Sometimes the lesson isn't that you need to start over. It's that you need to pay attention.

Last night was one of my Good Life 90 flex days—and let's just say I flexed a little too hard. 😬 Today, I'm tired, my head hurts, my productivity is basically nonexistent, and those 90 minutes of movement I committed to aren't looking very promising.

So instead of waiting until I had it all together, I grabbed the microphone.

In this short, very real episode, I'm talking about the difference between enjoying life and making choices that steal from tomorrow, the all-or-nothing thinking that can creep in when we don't follow through perfectly, and what “Progress Over Perfection” actually looks like on the days we mess up.

Because maybe keeping promises to ourselves doesn't mean we never break one.

Maybe it means we don't use one broken promise as permission to break all the others.

    Have the fun. Keep tomorrow.

    And always come back. 🤍

  • The Part Nobody Talks About When You Decide to Change Your Life

What happens after the excitement of deciding to change your life wears off?

I’m officially two weeks into Good Life 90, and while I’m proud of the changes I’m making, I’m also being reminded of something I know all too well: I’m really good at focusing on the things I didn’t do instead of celebrating everything I did.

In this episode, I’m sharing an honest update on what’s going well, where I’ve fallen short, and what I’m learning about consistency, perfection, and keeping promises to myself. I’m also sharing what happened when one of my Flex Days involved buttery Chardonnay, two s’mores, and a 3 a.m. conversation with myself about my life choices. 😂

Because maybe changing your life isn’t about doing everything perfectly. Maybe it’s about learning how to stop turning one imperfect choice into an imperfect day, week, or month.

Maybe success isn’t never getting off track.

Maybe success is getting really good at coming back.

If you’re working toward something right now—your health, your business, your relationships, your confidence, or simply becoming a version of yourself you feel good about—I hope this episode reminds you:

You don’t have to start over. You just have to take the next step.

Progress over perfection. Always come back. ❤️

  • Always Come Back: Rising From The Ashes

In this episode of Good Life Collective, I’m joined by my "bestie for the restie" Mo, whose family experienced the unimaginable when they lost everything in a devastating fire. Together, we talk about what it really means to rebuild—not just a home, but your hope, your faith, and your life.

While most of us may never face a tragedy like losing our home, we all experience seasons that leave us feeling broken, discouraged, or uncertain. Maybe your fire looks like a divorce, a health diagnosis, financial hardship, grief, addiction, or simply a dream that didn’t unfold the way you hoped.

Through Mo’s story, we explore what resilience truly looks like: leaning on the people who love you, trusting Jesus when you can’t see the path ahead, and believing that setbacks don’t have to define your future.

No matter what you’re walking through today, we hope this conversation reminds you that healing is possible, hope can be rebuilt, and you can always come back.

Because that’s what the Good Life Collective is all about.

  • Always Come Back - Rebuilding Trust One Promise at a Time

After a two-year break from podcasting, I’m finally back—and not because I have everything figured out.

For a long time, I believed I needed to become the healthiest, most successful, most disciplined version of myself before I had anything worth sharing. Instead, I found myself stuck in a cycle of making promises I couldn’t seem to keep, quietly losing confidence in the one person I needed to trust most: myself.

In this deeply personal episode, I share what I’ve learned about self-trust, why discipline wasn’t actually my biggest problem, and how embracing progress over perfection is changing the way I approach my health, my business, and my life.

I also introduce the vision behind The Good Life Collective and the beginning of my own 90-day journey toward building sustainable habits instead of chasing perfection.

If you’ve ever felt like you’ve fallen too far behind, broken too many promises to yourself, or wondered if it’s too late to begin again…

    This episode is for you.

    Because the goal isn’t perfection.

The goal is to always come back.
