Life finds a way to improve. Often the process is difficult, painful, unexpected and baffling, yet it does eventually make headway.

When you’ve experienced disappointment, keep going. Adjust your expectations, adjust your strategy, and you’ll find a way forward.

Rarely is anything ever as good as you hoped it would be, or as bad as you feared it would be. And in between those extremes, slowly and steadily, is the space to move ahead.

No matter what has come before, you can build on it. No matter what is going on now, you can find something of value in it.

Know the possibility is there, and you will come to see it. Live and work as if you’re making progress, and the progress will happen.

Have faith in the goodness you cannot yet see. Your faith will bring it to life.
