This is part 2 of a series of Podcasts covering the Google Web Toolkit (GWT). Most AJAX frameworks provide JavaScript libraries enabling a developer to leverage existing tools and best practices, resulting in dynamic, stable, and multi-browser compliant websites all produced within a reduced development time. Typically, the developer imports the libraries they are interested in using, and writes JavaScript to interact with the framework. GWT improves upon this concept by allowing the development to take place through the Java programming language.
