All of us can remember the moment something moved us to the level that we had goosebumps. Are goosebumps a genuine sign of Holy Spirit manifestation? Absolutely, it is a level of manifestation, but I would offer it is an introductory level. God is asking us to move beyond goosebumps to encountering His glory.
