From Courtside to Bedside. Göran Henriks developed the knowledge and skills gained as an international level basketball coach to become a world leader in healthcare management. He is the Chief Executive of Learning and Innovation at Qulturum in Jönköping in Sweden, and a senior figure in the International Quality Forum.

Göran Henriks has been Chief Executive of Learning and Innovation at The Qulturum in the County Council of Jönköping, Sweden, since 1997. Qulturum is a centre for quality, leadership and management development for the employees in the County and also for health care on a regional and national level. Göran has nearly forty years’ experience of management in the Swedish Health Care system. He is a senior fellow of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and is the chair of the Strategic Committee of the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare.
