In February 1942 in the midst of World War II a predator would strike the city of London under the cover of darkness.  During the mandatory blackouts of London one sexual sadist would take advantage of those just trying to survive in the most difficult of circumstances.  Gordon Cummins would become known as The Blackout Ripper.
