$9 for a head of Iceberg lettuce...almost $140 for a case of Romaine. No wonder restaurants are cutting back on the leafy salad staple.  The price of lettuce has local restaurants pulling salads from their menus.  Jennifer Henshaw is with Restaurants Canada and she is here to explain why the price of lettuce is skyrocketing and what they are hearing from restaurant operators about how they’re adapting their menus.
