A new essay is stating the RCMP needs to be reformed, especially after a number public concerns came up. These include investigating sexual harassment against women in the force to the handle of the Nova Scotia shooting. Jim Mitchell, Adjunct Professor from Carleton University co-authored the essay and joins Gormley to explain that the RCMP is doing too much and changing that is best for Canada.
