Elections Saskatchewan has issued its 2022-2023 Annual Report on improving voting in the province. They are focusing on the upcoming by-elections and testing the Saskatchewan Election Management System (SEMS), focusing on electronic poll books and vote-counting equipment. Dr. Michael Boda, the Chief Electoral Officer for Saskatchewan joins Gormley to explain the annual report and how the upcoming byelections will help test SEMS.
