The funeral for Queen Elizabeth II is set to take place on Monday, September 19th. The Government of Saskatchewan has proclaimed the same day as a day in tribute and commemoration of the Queen. We join Russell Mirasty, the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan to talk about his personal response when he found out about the Queen's passing, and what the response from the province has been.
