Researchers from the University of Regina and the Royal Saskatchewan Museum joined others from a university in Latvia to identify a 44-million-year-old beetle fossil found in amber. Dr. Ryan McKellar, paleontologist, and curator with the Royal Saskatchewan Museum joins Gormley to explain the importance of extracting from the fossil and what it can tell us about the past.
