The inquiry into the use of the Emergencies Act is well underway. Since it was invoked on February 14th this has been the first time it has been used since its creation in 1988. Blacklock's Reporter's latest states that the Freedom Convoy organizers complied with a city that agreement to move the trucks the same day that the cabinet declared a national emergency.
