The government of Canada is rolling out its first phase of the assault rifle confiscation program. Public Safety Canada entered into an agreement with the Canadian Sporting Arms and Ammunition Association (CSAAA) to help identify some 11,000 assault-style firearms. Wes Winkel is the President of the CSAAA and joins Gormley to explain what role they are taking in this first phase and how they plan to help firearm owners in compensation.
