The fish in these sandwiches may conceal large, sharp fish bones risking lacerations and perforations of linings in the mouth, throat, gastrointestinal, or respiratory tracts. As many as 504 packages of these fish sandwiches may be involved and were sold in New York, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, and Puerto Rico. If you bought any of these fish sandwiches, contact Gorton’s at 1-888-573-5982 to find out whether your package is involved and to arrange a refund.
