I've been observing myself in a new work environment. I started to reflect on our culture of gossip- what's so enticing about it? What's happening internally when we're gossiping.

Mindfulness for your regular ass life!

'Cuz mindfulness is easy to practice when you're surrounded by nature, or doing yoga... when life's all peace, love &amp; happiness.

But how do you practice when you're dealing with some bullsh*t at work? Or when you find out you're the lucky winner of a $180 parking ticket in Baltimore? How do you practice when a family member says something ignorant or hurtful? 

That's the kind of practice I'm interested in.
