Stage 2 of Live at the Cape is already providing housing to an eclectic mix of local residents, retirees, e-changers and urban work at home professionals within a living environment designed to encourage physical activity, incidental social contact and community engagement. Residents pay minimal or no energy bills as each home is designed as a ‘mini-power’ plant responsive to climate and temperature changes.
