Sunny Moberg, of Moberg Smokers, stopped by to talk about his line of cookers.  Sunny has been in the pit building for almost 30 years...but has only been doing it full-time for the past 2 years.  However, his success has garnered him a current lead time of 16-18 months.  Looking at his finished product, it's hard to doubt why the wait time is what it is.  Sunny talks about what sets his cookers apart, the materiel he uses, price points and how to run one of his smokers from starting the fire, routine maintenance and controlling the temps.  I think you will enjoy the insight from this premier pit maker!!
