Jahari is the off beat to your favorite song! Born and raised in Chicago in the Cabrini Green area, Jahari discovered his love of the arts at a very early age. First getting started as a dancer under the guidance Homer Bryant that transition into Legendary Territory in the UnderGround Ballroom Community it was on the stage and on the ballroom floor that Jahari the Hippie was born. With a message that is reminiscent of the battle cries of the civil rights movement and a finesse sound that fuses Hip Hop with quiet storm, urban Dance Pop, and Alt R&B, Jahari’s goal is to change the world through Sonic Healing. Not only is he a member of the band KhaMillion, He also is the creative director for JDVISUALS and Anthony Oliver Studios having directed numerous videos and photoshoots for some of the most amazing Chicago talent including Viral Sensation Hxllywood ( Sneaky Link). When not pursuing musical endeavors, Jahari is giving back to the community in outreach with Southside Health Advocacy Resource Partnership ( Sharp) having trail blazed numerous interventions and as of 2021 became  published author in the American Health Journal.
