In the decade since the 9/11 terrorist attacks, changes to security have led to burdensome procedures for accessing Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). However, rules for accessing DCA are changing significantly, said Doug Carr, NBAA Vice President for Safety, Security and Regulation, who details the steps being taken to ease access to DCA in this week's edition of the NBAA Flight Plan podcast; it will also be the focus of a February 29 webinar.
