Elon Musk has been named by President – Elect Trump to lead an effort called the Department of government efficiency or DOGE that could save upward of $2 Trillion dollars according to statements he as made. The idea is not new, in fact state auditors focus on saving our tax dollars by identifying efficiency opportunities and rooting out government corruption. My home state’s auditor just released a new report on Mississippi’s state government called Project Momentum that identifies missions in savings, and he is my guest today to discuss the report, the DOGE potential, his new book, and we’ll also discuss the federal special prosecutor lawfare cases against President Trump and their fate! Shad White is the State Auditor of Mississippi. During his tenure, the auditor’s office has uncovered more waste, fraud, and abuse than any other time in state history and he highlights explosive details in his new book, Mississippi Swindle.
