Later this month the Council of Ministers' Annual Report on Poverty Measures will be laid before Tynwald.

It provides an overview of the latest indicators on poverty and highlights a series of measures aimed at alleviating the issue and improving the lives of people across the Island.

But recent stats show a percentage of Isle of Man residents are struggling to keep up with the cost of living - especially those living in private rental properties.
