Deputy Minister of Health Joe Phaahla says the ball is in the Premier Soccer League’s (PSL) court to make a decision about their programme going forward after they met this afternoon. Phaahla was one of the stakeholders including the police who made a presentation to the 64 delegates from the 32 clubs and also the nine executive committee members in the Board of Governors (BOG) meeting in Kempton Park.
