Continuing the concept of a #ThoughtForTheDay:
The idea being that through a short thought for the day I can provide a focus for the listener to work on within their own life circumstances I aim to provide a short commentary around how the thought or focus applies to my own work, leisure or family time. It is hoped that this commentary can then provide some direction for the listener as to how they personally can move towards improving themselves or their own situation within the sphere of particularly of work life balance.
