In this episode I take a look at the difference between Long & Short Term goals/gains etc and how always I base my thinking on the long term as it is a better measure of what has been achieved. I also discuss how the internet and modern technology has led us towards expecting 'instant' results and how this even manifests itself in how schools view the work I do with children with ADHD, ASD and on the Autistic Spectrum. I link this to my own #JourneyToBetter and how I'm having to slow myself down and do this correctly over the course of this holiday period.  So I'm applying this to both my work and home life with a view to clearing out the messy and untidy clutter and alongside this attempt to get better habits around my own physical and mental approach to life, so alongside the de-cluttering the physical home/work environment I wanted to aim for better life balance.
