This episode of Graying Rainbows is an interview with sociologist Arlene Stein about her fascinating book Unbound: Transgender Men and the Remaking of Identity. In Unbound Stein follows the story of four people who had so-called TOP surgery and discovers surprising diverse stories. More importantly, their stories reveal fascinating trends in how young people view their gender identities. It is thought provoking stuff for those of us coming out LGBT+ later in life.
