Uganda's 83 trilllion shillings Budget read in June is often the start of an economic cycle in which government dictates it's most important activities. In this special  edition of Grab A Coffee, hosted with The Start Up Uganda, we discuss how much of that budget responds to the needs of start ups in Uganda and whether the Start-ups are prepared to take initiative with government in solving for the biggest problems they face.
