It's important to say that this checklist won't guarantee that you won't miss anything but it will definitely help you view more consistently and spot lots of things you might otherwise miss. Having a checklist will also help you remember which property had different issues when you are viewing multiple properties. The checklist can be used for either Buy to Let or properties you are looking to convert into HMOs.
