Welcome back friends! It is officially season 3 of the podcast and 1 year of doing the show! We are thrilled to be back with you. This month, this season actually, has been difficult. Honestly, Ive been hiding. Hurting is hard, depression sucks and I have to say it has been the default to curl up and hide away the last few weeks. With the help of my friends I'm finally realizing that it is ok to let others know that we are NOT ok! Asking for help is not my strong suit. I have decided to open up to my friends in an effort to feel better, and take some help! They have great suggestions that seem to be helping. Tonight we are talking about what they are and if it really is working.
