When life throws you a curve ball while you’re on your straight path, what do you think, what do you do, how can you take on that new path

Sometimes we just need people to let us have a bad day or maybe even days. The solution isn’t always to try to fix it, try to stop someone’s tears. Sometimes we just need a listening ear, a warm in brace, sometimes we just need to cry it out.

This episode is my thoughts on what can bring you peace, joy, purpose and bring you to a place in life that feels lighter when it’s been feeling heavy. I came across some journal entries that reminded me of how I do this and what makes me, me. Enjoy!
