The master of the London residential market is making a move and (spoiler alert!) it is going to be his last. After almost 30 years in the industry, Dominic Grace has announced his retirement, but before leaving Savills he joined Andrew Deverell-Smith in the virtual devcast studio where they delved into his career, his opinions and knowledge on the residential property market.

Grace joined Savills in 1984 and 2 years later he opened the Savills Dockland office. Since then, he has partnered with a myriad of developers and landowners providing specialised advice on every aspect of the development process.
