When someone hurts us, it can be difficult to forgive them. It can be equally hard to ask forgiveness from those we have hurt.

Ultimately, the power to forgive comes from our understanding of grace.

If we have been shown grace, how can we not show it to others? Jesus teaches us that grace can heal any wound.
