A lawyer by trade, Prue Gilbert founded Grace Papers in 2010 with the ambition of championing inclusion and flexibility in some of Australia's largest corporates, assisting them to support working parents from pregnancy all the way through to return to work. It has been a very successful decade. We talked to Prue about diversity and equality in the workplace and the basics of understanding your rights as a working parent.
