To understand Grace better, we need to look at Paul's letter to Romans. He says: "to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt". This is where most people struggle and stop. Because although we all start by understanding and receiving God's grace, we may not all continue to the next level of grace.  There's a deception that causes believers to feel condemned and not worthy of more grace. It makes them believe "now that I am a Christian, I know better so I must do better, and since I haven't I'm not worthy of God's grace".
