In this first episode of a 3-part series, Pastor Gerold unpacks the theology and psychology of regret. Starting with James 1:14-15 (sin brings forth death), explore why regret can feel like an empty void. Delve into the Greek words lupē (emotional sorrow) and metamelomai (remorse/after-the-fact concern).
