In this message, Pastor Dale debunks the argument of those who attempt to deconstruct the Church and excuse themselves from being part of a local assembly by saying that, because of mankind's involvement, the modern church is a flawed institution. From the beginning, God built His Church on the foundation of Jesus AND on the revelation He imparted through His Spirit to the Apostles and Prophets - the latter being imperfect human beings. Yes, men (and women) are flawed, and many have veered off course. However, God's intention has always been to use men to build and maintain His Church. He will always have a remnant of uncompromising people willing to align with His will and be used to move Christ's Body forward into greater levels of maturity, spiritual revelation, and power by making Jesus the Chief Cornerstone of their local assemblies and building upward from the foundation previously laid by the Apostles, Prophets, and spiritual fathers.

In this message, Pastor Dale ministers on the richness of the help made available to us as believers through our participation in and connection with the local church. Jesus never intended for churches to be places where His people only come for assistance in emergency situations or times of crisis. Rather, the local body is to be where believers gather together regularly to receive everything needed for their continued spiritual growth, including instruction, encouragement, revelation, and impartation. The full level of victory available to us in Christ cannot be obtained without being joined to the local body to which we have been called.
