Welcome to “The Emergent Human where we explore Optimizing Health, Embodied Spirituality and Post Conventional Living.
Ostrolenk speaks with Alexsys Thompson, MLC, BCC is a best-selling author of the book “The Power of a Graceful Leader: Flow, Integration and Alignment,” a keynote speaker, executive integration coach, and member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Her work is guided by her life’s mission to create safe spaces for souls to show up.
Alexsys shares stories of her own experiences and the experiences of those with whom she’s worked closely; she discusses how these experiences have grown her understanding of graceful leadership. She has found that most leaders know how to lead intellectually, but few now how to lead from a grace-center, the energy force around the heard. She has helped clients discover ways to break negative coping strategies and become more approachable. Alexsys shares the 6 Tents of Graceful Leadership: Integrating: Mind, Body and Soul; Evolving: Alignment of Soul and Self; Transparency: Self and Others; Connecting: Self and Universe; Co-Creating: Innovative; and Compassionately Powerful in All Things.
