In this episode, Melissa brings on two of best people that she has met through undergrad -- for the first trio recording! They talk about the process and season of waiting as Linda and Elis waited anxiously for days, and months for their graduate school application results. Elis and Linda share about working towards fully surrendering their plans to the Lord and how they were able to hold onto the truth of scripture during a time of uncertainty and fear. Elis is a newly graduated Speech Sciences UBC undergraduate who's beginning her MSc in Speech-Language pathology in the fall. She's a lover of yolky eggs, perfectly ripe avocados, all things Korean food & pretty much all food in general. She also loves bullet journaling, the Oregon Coast and her sweet sweet friends Linda and Mel:) She's always open to talking all things speech path and Jesus!!! 

Linda is a Speech Science Major who just finished her undergraduate degree at UBC and is heading of to grad school the coming fall! When she’s not busy with school and lab work, you can find her jogging around campus, trying weird recipes and spending quality time with family, friends and Netflix. She’s a total nerd when it comes to Speech-Language Pathology and the Bible. She’s super excited to be on this podcast with her dearest friends!!
