Grahak Cunningham was the winner of the 3,100 mile Self-Transcendence race in 2012.
This race is the longest certified race in the world, where competitors run 5,649 laps around an 883m city block in Queens, New York.
Runners have 52 days to complete the distance.
To achieve this, the minimum distance to run each day (between the hours of 6am and midnight) is just under 100km.
Grahak has completed this race on 4 out of 5 occasions and goes into detail around the physical and mental aspects, as well as the spiritual progression attained on this journey of self-transcendence.
