Grand Fiesta Tour featuring the 3 Caballeros is one of the best hidden gems in Epcot.  Most people don't know that their is a ride tucked away inside the Mayan Temple of the Mexican Pavilion. This was always a fan favorite of mine as a kid and since adding the 3 Cab audio animatronics this ride has been truly plused.  I also love the use of Donald and the gang in the video screens.  It's been my tradition to go get a margarita at La Cava Del Tequila and then head over to look at the pyramid by the boat ride entrance.  This area is such a nice quiet, air conditioned reprieve away from the crazy hot sun of Florida in Walt Disney World.  So let's take a journey together and enjoy the Grand Fiesta Tour!
