The Consumer Product Safety Commission and the Grand Rapids Chair Company are recalling Grand Rapids wood dining chairs. These chairs shift, break, and collapse leading to falls and injuries. Affected are model numbers W520, W520-11, W520-21, W520-31, and W520-33.
About 5670 of these chairs were sold on special order from 2020 through June, 2024.
