In this episode , we will let you listen in on the Colorado Ballot Access case against President Donald Trump. This case rests on accusing Former President Donald Trump of being an insurrectionist, a charge of which has not been made in ANY of the 91 indictments so far being charged in the court cases in New York, Georgia, or in Federal Court in Miami, Florida.

We thought in this final week before the February 24, 2024 South Carolina Primary our listeners may want to hear the oral arguments that were presented in front of the United States Supreme Court in the same manner we presented the Nixon vs the United States oral arguments during our "Nixon and Watergate"  Series, (Now re-airing on our sister podcast The Richard Nixon Experience)
