As of Oct 18th, 2022, there are just a tad over 20,587 homes on the market in the ARMLS. Just a few months ago there were less than 2500. Now the speculation begins and this is where we separate GREAT REALTOR from the ones that are CLUELESS AND PROBABLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A REALTOR.
